My neighbor made something like that and installed it on his late model Camaro. He tested it for the first time yesterday. I haven't heard anything from him yet, so hopefully he didn't blow himself up! I refer to him as a "Mad Scientist"
 now. But now I understand how a car could possibly run on pure water.

About two years ago my son made a similar unit and installed it on his Dodge pickup. He didn’t observe any improvement in mpg. Maybe this one is different but I doubt it.
