24 inch wheels,z'd frames
Anybody have a pic of a 67-72 on 24's? I have not seen one yet, just curious. Also wanted to know if anyone has any alot of pics of a z'd frame on their truck or a link to a build thread, Thanks Trey

Re: 24 inch wheels,z'd frames
With a Porterbuilt dropmember, you can lay out with a 29" tire without z-ing the frame.
Not sure if you can keep a 24" wheel under 29" overall, that would be a tiny tire. |

Re: 24 inch wheels,z'd frames
I think the smallest tire is like 30.5 but not positive, I heard they are making a 25 series tire, bet that is fun to mount on a rim and rides good. Anyway I think I do remember the baby blue stepside now that you brought it up. Thanks

Re: 24 inch wheels,z'd frames
hmmm. that looks kinda dangerous. looks like one of the dub edition model cars that have a tire 1/64" thick. That front side wall cant be more than an inch thick...

Re: 24 inch wheels,z'd frames
I'm not a huge fan of anything over 20" wheel. personally, I wouldn't run anything larger than an 18" because I like a lot more tire.
For now I am sticking to my 15" wheels and will get a 65 series tire very soon. |
