Question Help power steering pump problem?

I have a 402BB with power steering with the separate reservoir.I just put a rebuilt pump on with the origional pump casing and new seals, and it still leaks. How can I fix this problem or where can I buy a new one. Thank you for your help. Dave

leaking pump

You can get a new pump with the correct can from Autozone for $58. Most likely the pump is leaking around the solder joint where the remote reservoir hose connects to the pump. Since you already have a new pump and seal, just resolder the joint. Be easy putting that large hose back on the pump. I've cracked that joint putting the hose on. That just my two cents worth.
About your second post, I've heard of guys using the 67-68 Camaro BB ps brackets and a regular reservior pump. The only complaint I've heard is the pump hits the frame, some hammering was needed.

I know you can get the pump with the reservoir as one unit for the 350,but do they carry the pump and reservoir for the 402BB? with the separate reservoir?I'll call Autozone tommorrow.Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
