quarts of oil and Delco oil filter # for '74 truck 454 ?

anyone know ? how manyy quarts go into a 74 truck 454 engne and what AC Delco filter # is for these ? BBC are new to me, this is my first chevy one,

You can use the short GM filters, on the 454s but I use the 2 QT filters ,I don't know the AC #s But the WIX is 51794 and Hastings
is the LF 226.
454s 6QTS with short ones
7QTS with the 2QT filters

I dunno what year pan mine is, but with a 1qt. filter mine takes 6, didn't have room for the 2qt one, exhaust was in the way...

Fast,you can use a PF 25 (SHORT) or PF 35 (LONG).
