looks like a '68 chevy, but i think that fender was also used on 68-72 gmc's

It is a 68 Chevy fender that had the front eyebrow moulding

Short69 is right, it could be used on a 68-72 GMC also.

72-Stomper your fender is correct for 68 Chev or 68-72 GMC.
1lowdiesel fender pic is a 69-72 Chev only.
