Go here and you will find all the parts you need and then some! It'll blow your mind. Here is the Web site.
http://www.big3partsexchange.com/index.html There will be all kinds of venders as well as people cleaning out garages etc.

Where in san diego are you?
I'm from La Mesa, not that it matters. There is a certifit down there (chula vista i believe), and that's where i got the bumpers for my truck. they fit and look excellent. and only cost $75. I also got my rockers, and floor panels from them. follow the link, http://www.certifit.com/locations.html unfortunately the parts lookup page is down, but a quick call, and they'll tell you what they have. Also: Brothers is up in the LA area, plus they are a site supporter, so definately work doin business with.

Hello fellow Longhorn owner,
Looks like you’re from National City. I recognize the Blue truck in your picture and your picture is taken on a hill top. There is a junk yard down around 32nd street. They always have our trucks in there and lots of parts. It has been a while but I want to say their name is A&A or A&B Auto wrecking. Check out Longhornmans web site. Respectfully Billy
