I Have my interior stripped out and Im going to sand the old paint down alittle how tacky would it look if I primered and painted the interior with can spray paint??

Many have done it. If you take your time, prep it well and don't get into a rush when you spray it, the thing will come out looking good.

Just take your time and make sure you have good light so you can see where your layin the paint down.

Good results can be had with spray cans if you take your time and use a proper spraying pattern and do a good job in the prep stages. If you want to save your index finger on a big spray job like that get one of those snap on spray can triggers from your paint store. Then you can hold it like a real spray gun and not kill your finger pressing on the little valve. They only cost a couple of bucks.

its all in the prep work and taking your time and doing it right and not rushing and if you do that it will turn out looking as good as the ones pictured above just take your time prep it right and youll be good and dont forget to put up some pictures after your done if you would be so kind

I used Dupli-Color, and it worked just fine. I went to three different Auto Zones to get several cans. I think mine turned out fine. I did mine on a bright sunny, low wind day. I masked off the windows and sprayed away. It takes a little technique to spray the roof, so you don't get a face full of paint, but it CAN be done. My son and I did my dash pad and door panels and a friend did my seat.

use flat paint on the top of the dash... between the dash [ad and windshield... the darker the better. They used flat paint from the factory to reduce the glare on the windshield from the sun beating on the dash.

yeah i need to redo my interior to this is sounding like a fun project for me so i was jus wondering how long did it take u all to paint your trucks and put the seats and everything back in?

When rattle-canning an interior, do you use clear over it, or just the paint? I was thinking of doing my interior in a semi-gloss grey, but I didn't want to buy a big can and gun it because there isn't that much to do in an interior.

Ive had great results with spraybombs & have done quite a few bike paint jobs with them. I highly recomend Lacquer. If you arent very happy with the shine it can always be buffed. I say go for it!...

Yep, dont own a spray gun. Lots of clear, wet sand & buff. Thats the way they used to do them all...

I recently sprayed the inside of my truck with some Krylon metallic paint, and it turned out 200% better than i expected.

I only did it, because it is so moist up here, and the inside of the cab was in primer, and i knew if i left it that way, come spring, everything would be a rusty mess.

it turned out so well, that i may keep it this way.
