Window modification

I don't know if every one saw this from the truck forum. Im sure alot of the custom guys would be interested. This mod would probably look pretty sweet on a topless blazer.

Re: Window modification

I think you'd have a world of problems if you did this to a blazer. Where would the support for the glass come from once you are between half way and all the way up?

Mine is shakey now even with the vent window channel...

Re: Window modification

Blazer's / Jimmy's owners who have tried it said it caused issues,
but if you mad a Smaller corner gusset triangle that the window
slid up through it might work, however that would not be as

Actually, it may be pretty !!!
Another option for mirror mounting, as well as being structural reinforcement.

Re: Window modification

Just need to make extensions on the windows and tracks. Check out the one piece glass kits for a 60-66. Or any bone stock '69-72 Chevelle or Camaro.

Hell from what you told me you might be getting some new doors so you'll have spares to perfect this mod on.
