Stuck plug in the head

For whatever reason I can not break the plug loose in the head so I can install the temperature sensor. I have pried and pried on it and now have rounded out the hole for the ratchet. Any ideas on getting it out? Thanks for the input......

Re: Stuck plug in the head

spray some PB Blaster on it, let it set a little bit then try, or use some marvels mystery oil... this has happend to me plenty of times on old motorbikes, these always seem to do the trick =)
