how do you go about fixing that? ive been reading a few articles on patching rusted areas, and ive seen tons of complete replacement panels in catalogs... except for the bed floor.

whats going to be my proceedure for taking care of that? (im sure that front piece will get replaced)

Teplace the front bed panla. If i were you i would consider replacing the whole floor. That is just me. I would also look closely at the front bed cross support were the bolt goes in that picture. Make sure that is very solid. They do sell just small sections but it is hard to get the corigated metal to line up smooth it out. Also looks like your gonna be doing some Cab corners and eather lower door skins or new doors. Have fun Looks like a great projecT!! Got any interior shots???

I talked to a vender last fall that told me next year there would be a solid bed floor available . He seemed to know what he was talking about.

Thanks Aaron72- I've been looking for that exact thing for weeks! I thought I was going to have to swap an entire bed to get the new floor!!

could always go with a wood bed i think not sure how they install but they always look good

Glad I could help. I have seen some decent bed floors in the pick and pulls with wasted sides. So that is an other option. As is the wood floor option.

yeah i would love to have a wood floor. im still a long way away from even getting started, so maybeby then that part will be findable.

i should have some interior pics up by this weekend, im supposed to be picking it up tomorrow evening!
