Brake Pedal Bushing
Anybody know where to get one of these brake pedal bushings? I checked out the ones made by Motormite (part number 74018) for the 1974 to 1991 GM trucks but they are the wrong diameter. My local dealer does not even have a part number to give me.
This bushing is out of a 69 to 72 cab power brakes auto trans. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Brake Pedal Bushing
I can't find my parts book, it has been packed away while I sheetrocked my garage. But if someone else has a book, they might be able to confirm these part numbers. I believe these are the part #'s you're looking for, 346382. They come in package quantity of 5. But they're not expensive. Less than $2.00 each. I ordered them last Feb.
Now, I have 2 other part #'s listed as "bushing", but one of these, I believe is for a manual trans. pedal setup. They are 346383 & 3848282. Hope this helps.

Re: Brake Pedal Bushing
I remember a couple years ago someone had posted part numbers and said the dealer still carried them. Of course the dealer would probably charge $37.92!

Re: Brake Pedal Bushing
Thanks Botietruck! I looked up those PN's on GMpartsdirect.com and the 346382 and 346383 might be right but I think the 3848282 is a bushing in the fuel system for an unknow vehicle. Maybe someone else with a parts book can chime in. If not I will order the 346382 and 346383 and hope for the best!
