Let's see your before and after shots, including what you did in the meantime. I know some of these trucks have had great build up threads, but once they are a few pages back, they are out of sight out of mind.

I thought it would be cool to have 2 pics and a description from each of you; Your truck at the first point of receipt, and now. For BETTER OR WORSE (cliffsta)

Same angle shots are cool for perspective.

Here is my 88 Burb at receipt, about 5 or so months ago.

Here she is now; 91 conversion, front swaybar, aftermarket tranny & oil coolers, Bilsteins, 35s on 17x9s changed out to 37s on 17x10s, manual hubs, dual steering stabilizer, borgeson shaft, Warrior weld in steering box braces, 4.56s and a few more goodies.

Great post idea!

First picture is then, next picture is now (I know, it looks worse!)

Whats been done: 3/4 2wd - 3/4 4x4 with 1 ton spring swap, carb 350 to TPI 355, TH400 to SM465/205 (soon to be NV4500 / NP241), 3.73 gears to 4.10, saddle tanks to Suburban tank, and a whole lotta rust work...

That is my wife, yes. Thanks a lot!

Russell, that is just one tough truck you got there. Mine's just pretty. Yours has it where it counts. The SM465 is awesome, it will be so sweet when you get that NV4500 in there with that 5-speed.

ok, i didn't get a pic of what i started with, but i do have one from when i was trying to get my paint gun fixed right, and one from when i parked it over a year ago, scratch that, only the newer pic
