engine decode

High I'm a newbe to this site and need some information. I've got a 6 cylinder chevy with the following codes I need deciphered. Casting number--392168, date code-- CON 2C278, Suffix code F0402TH.

www.inlinersinternational.com may have what you seek.There are a ton of inline 6 nuts over there.
