How do you put a picture in the aurthor section?

1. Get 100 posts.
2. Go to "User CP" on the top bar.
3. Select "Edit Options". Scroll the bottom.
4. Add a new Avatar. Has to be 100 pixels by 100 pixels and I think under 20Kb.
