WIW-single wall top
So im moving and gonna be clearing out some stuff. What would a solid single wall top in fair condition worth? The hatch i would say is junk as you will see but i do have a replacement hatch that someone with some fiberglass knowhow could patch it up with... Anyways i tried to take pics of the trouble spots. Most of the cracks are actually the crappy paint peeling.
here are some pics. Ill be posting this over in the classifieds soon hopefully, i just wanted some feedback from the blazer guys on here! Thanks in advance!

Re: WIW-single wall top
I've seen them go for $150-800 depending on the demand in your area. I'd guess you could probably get about $300 in the pacific northwest fairly quickly. The damage to the hatch may drop the price.

Re: WIW-single wall top
crap, I'll trade you a nice double wall for it! I'd say it'll be on the lower side of $150-300. The cracks in the paint, are actually the gel coat. It is an easy fix but not too many will be willing to try. Good Luck.

Re: WIW-single wall top
I am not sure, but I have heard the single wall are worth more than the double wall.

Re: WIW-single wall top
The tops aren't worth what a good hatch is worth!! You can probably part the hatch and top hardware out for $100-125. and scrap the top. Try listing it in Craig's list as that gets a lot of attention up there. I would list it for $195. and let it go. I have 3 extra single wall tops with very little interest in Ky??? Double wall's are best for dog houses!!hehehehe

Re: WIW-single wall top
I got my last single walled top for $100 bucks, I'm thinking it was the deal of the year.
I your area there's way more blazers and that makes your top worth alot more than it would be here in New England for sure. As stated, it's all supply and demand. |

Re: WIW-single wall top
Looked your ad up on craigslist...
JMHO, But I wouldn't pay that much unless the hatch was nicer, good luck on the sale, I'd be interested if it was closer, but gas would kill me...

Re: WIW-single wall top
Oh, I'm not really looking for a top anymore, I did find a double wall after my top got smashed. I don't want to insult him with my super lowball offer, because it's just to far for me. If that was closer It would be a " might as well get it" type of deal.
