Brake Bleeding

I've had to replace the rear line recently on my truck. Somehow after I lifted the truck on the lift and dropped back down my brake line shifted slitly towards the header. Had I seen or noticed it I would have corected it. Well the other day I was driving and my drifting experience came in handy. The baby's and I were going for our drive when I went to hit the brakes the pedal hit the ground. Down Shift, swerve side to side and slight use of the emergency brake to slow down got the job done.....The kids never saw me sweat and they thought it was part of the ride....weeeeee

Well I took the line off after my second try I finally plumbed the line to avoid the headers. I blead the system 3 times due to defective master cylinder from kragens. It was a process and now it seems to have no leaks. Swapping the fluid was much needed do to a lot of moisture in the lines and sludge in the master cylinder. Oddly the truck stopped on a dime. Now with the new fluid and new master the brakes are overly sensitive. I forgot to mention I'm still on drums for that nostalia look...RATROD. I don't know how drums should react correctly it's been a long time since I've had drums all around to know the difference. The pedal doesn't feel as firm either as I like.

try adjusting the brakes again drums brakes work great if you get them adjusted right see if there is a adjustment under the dash where the pedal hooks up to the rod i know some have a nut to adjust the pedal height

Did the headers melt the line and bleed the rear out?
