Brackets 454

I have a 1967 C10 pick up with a mid 70's 454 in it. I'm looking to run a serpentine belt drive. I have the chance to get a 1993 454 brackets, and was wondering if they would fit on the mid 70's block. Thanks for any advice.

Re: Brackets 454

I am in the middle of doing this swap and it is pretty easy. The brackets bolt right up and the crank pulley even worked with the stock balancer. Get a water pump for a early 90's bbc. The problem I am having right now is getting a upper radiator hose that will work. The setup I bought came with a hydraboost pump and I went to the junk yard and got the hydraboost and installed it. I think it looks good in my opinion but some on here think they suck. Whatever floats your boat is what I would use.
