New and improved...new pics...but wait there's more!

I ended up buying some 2" drop springs for the front, and that did the trick.
Here are some pics.
On a side note, I took my truck down to the firestone where I got the alignment, and wheel damage. First the dude wanted to get me a set of boyds to replace my coys, I said no way. After reminding him of our conversation about him saying he would "do whatever it takes".
I brought it down there to show the manager the wheel damage and get it realigned because of the new springs, he said he would not work on my truck anymore. I was like WOW. Service there had always been professional and courteous, have been taking my personal and work vehicles, along with the wife's there for service for many years. Sad..
Anyway, I am getting new wheels.
/rant

that 1" up front makes a difference.

20x8.5 - 4.75 bs front - 245/40/20
20x10 - 5.5 bs rear - 295/40/20
3" djm spindles & 2" springs = 5" front
djm flip kit rear..about 5" rear

Man you work fast. She looks awesome. Thats ashame about the guys at firestone not wanting to do anymore service for you. You should try and file a report to someone above the manager of that place to a least let them know how the establishment is being ran. It's not your fault they damaged your wheels. Let them replace the wheels first, though.

I see you got the tiny chrome tips coming out the back. Do you have any plans to upgrade the exhaust system? It should sound as mean as it looks. Not that theres anything wrong with what you already have.

Re: New and improved...new pics...but wait there's more!

ya, the exhaust is from the PO
I plan on motor/tranny swap, but until then, I might keep it as is, unless I get bored one day, wanna spend the $ and get the wife mad at me...
but that won't be for awhile, I'm still in the doghouse from my suspension and wheels/tires...lol

Re: New and improved...new pics...but wait there's more!

The new springs gave you the stance you needed. That lets it set exactly where it needs to be with the tire size you have.

I would find out who the managers boss is and talk to him. I think he might be interested in hearing the story...

Re: New and improved...new pics...but wait there's more!

Hey bud, hope you dont mind. but what size wheels and tires? Specs on them and is the front only dropped 2"? Also how much is the back dropped? It isnt stock is it? That truck looks awesome, only thing I could do to make it look better is add a Blazer/Suburban bumper and get rid of those things in front of the wheel well> Awesome stance and wheels. looks Tuff

Nice chop, 75silverstep...
What's holding you back from posting larger pics? Is your software resizing or compressing? You using p'shop?

I've added a sport bumper for pcmcobra.
Ah, if only modding was this easy... especially on a clean truck.

Maybe this weekend I will post some bigger pics. I just did some quick resizing.
If the weather is good I'll take some cleaner shots, a few more up close.

In all fairness, the drop info was added after the original post....and it was kind of buried after all the pics.

That additional inch made a huge difference...great looking truck!
