Wood floored bed pics please
Anyone have any pics of a 73 and up long bed with the wood bed floors ? Do they use the same bed sides or were they a specific part for those beds ? Also , how hard are they to find ? I have a long bed and just thought it would be a neat addition that would make the long bed worth sinking a little money into . If anyone has one for sale , PM me the info . Frank

Re: Wood floored bed pics please
I really haven’t seen any wood floors on long fleetsides for these trucks. The closest I’ve seen are the ‘Show Decks’ that Horkey’s offers. It’s modular in design and lays over the existing metal floor (i.e. bedliner). Todd Emmons’ 74 short fleetside sports one. You can view the ‘Sport Deck’ at http://horkeyswoodandparts.com/showdeck1.htm.
Another option is to contact Mar-K (http://www.mar-k.com) and see what they have as far as a custom application. You could probably retrofit a wood bed if you get the hardware and buy some wood planks. Mar-K has the specs on plank’s profile.
