thats for air mixture screws.

floats settings will be located on top..big flat head screw with nut around it. locate on side of bowl another flat headed big screw. put rag around that area and take out side float screw. this is there so you can see how high the gas is.
break the top screw and nut loose. take off screw...the nut controls the needle up and down movement. i would take the needle completely out and clean it out. put it back in and run it down mostly all the way. start vehicle up and return to you side hole that is still open. adjust top nut till you barely see any fuel coming out of it. put screw back in. tighten top with screw and set the nut. should be all good then. if you got fuel coming out of the vent tubes give the needle a smack on the top where your set screw and nut are. if its is still running rich then it is you power valve is blown. hope this helps

Re: need help with holley

Clockwise lowers the float level, counterclockwise raises the float level.

Loosen the set screw(with screwdriver) counterclockwise, adjust float with 5/8" wrench. Use sight holes in side of bowls to determine float level. Raise floats until gas just seeps out sight holes. Reset set screws. Replace sight hole plugs. All of this must be done with the engine running at idle.

If you have some clear sight plugs, they work pretty well to set the floats without spilling fuel on your engine, but DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN PERMANANTLY! The fuel eventually makes them brittle, crack, then leak.

Re: need help with holley

Rear floats should be lower than the frunt because when you hit the breaks it will shoot gas out the vent tube.
