Considering one piece windows?

Here is what I have found. I installed them on my truck about a year or so ago. I am pretty sure that the doors where the doors from the factory or at least from some truck(not aftermarket). I took them out last summer and replaced the driver side door with an aftermarket one. Since getting the doors back on, I have had nothing but trouble with the aftermarket door side. The other side went in fine again. So it looks like aftermarket doors stink and don't work with the windows. That is just in my case, and I don't know what all the other guys have as far as doors go.
