For those with an adjustable and relocated panhard bar!!!
How much clearance do you have between the panhard bar and the diff cover?
I just bought a new diff cover that is cast aluminum and acts as a stud girdle but it hangs of the axle significatly more than the stock cover... I have the axle in the shop for the rebuild and the rest of the truck is buried under snow/ice so I have no way of measuring anyhting right now...

I don't have my "air tape" handy, but this should give you an idea. That's 2.5" pipe, so... 1.25" to 1.5"??

Cool, thanks...that helps a lot...This is the diff cover I got. I was just worried that the edges of the girdle boss near the pre-load screws would interfere...

Mine taps itself when layed out and the frame on the axle (no notch), but that's a stock bar made adjustable in the stock location.

I have the CPP "Deluxe" track bar and it's a little closer to the diff than stock. I have about an inch, but the bracket that mounts to the passenger trailing arm does have a little bit of adjustment. So I think I could slide it about 1/4" further away if I needed to.
