250 power steering progress.

I am moving at a slower pace then I want. So far I have Installed an internal regulated alternator, and the power steering brackets, and pump. I am running into a pulley allingmet problem. My pump is a duble pulley type as is my water pump pulley and alternator. I can not get the p/s pulley to line up .
If I use the inner grove on it it is off by about 1/4-1/2 " on the outer one it is almost off 3/4".
I guess I have to try another Pulley , I have 3 and all are the same, maybe a singel one will do it,
