will the floor out of a truck(cut down on the back half) work in a blazer??
i've got a donor truck that has a good floor but a bad rest of its self...
i know it has the same front seam as the blazer floor, but where the rear of the floor comes up before it flattens out for the gas tank, is it the same?? i know i can go out and do the measurments(????)but i thought i'd give you guys the chance to give me some input on it. thanks Dwayne

I am in the process of doing it now. Mine is more involved since the outer rocker on my donor is rusted and the few inches up front so I am graphing together a few pieces. The lip that mounts to the kneewall in the back was good. So instead of doing the bending I cut it on the flat edge .If you send me an email address I can send you a pic of my donor floor sitting in place over the old floor. It will give you an idea and reference points.

The front floor is very similar ---the underside has a brace for mounting the bucket seats and torque box for rigidity. The rear floor is a much more difficult area especially the B Pillars as they are unique to blazers with no patch panels available. These are critical to the integritity of the body so go slow and careful to ensure you rebuild it right.
