Back in Black

I thought would let you see what I been up to. My old interior was tan. My seat, sun visors, door panels, dash and arm rest. I had a cardboard cover over my tank. I'm changing all tan over to black, putting a carpet tank cover in, under dash interior light, keyless remote, recovering my seat and painting my door panels. I will post more pics as I go. Let me know what you think............

Re: Back in Black

The door panels are WAY cool! Is the "HEARTBEAT OF AMERICA" a decal or custom painted? Looks cool!

Re: Back in Black

Looks excellent!
I have '69 Custom GMC door panels in my truck currently (just like the '69 Chevy with the Bowtie in the center, except it has "GMC"). They are black, and my truck is almost identical to your color, if not the same.

I have a set of the metal panels that came in my truck originally that I am now seriously considering painting orange. Call me a copycat, but I have considered several themes with the door panels - but never orange on orange.

I really like what you got going.

I own a sign company and I ran a stencil out of vinyl then airbrushed
the heartbeat logo. After that I clear coated the panel.
