I need a reasonably priced paint and upholstery shop in Phoenix/Tucson
I live in Arizona City, which is halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. I just aquired a 72 Suburban that will need a new paint, new headliner, new seat covers, and new carpet put in. If anyone knows of good and reasonable shops please post it up.
Thanks, Jon.

Re: I need a reasonably priced paint and upholstery shop in Phoenix/Tucson
I used Speed Auto Upholstery, 1500 N Oracle Rd, Tucson. 520/882-0088.
I had them recover the '69 T-Bird electric bucket seats I have in my '68 C/10 stepside. They covered the seat for me back in the '80s and again in 2003. Paint shops -- I don't know.

Good looking Burb. I got a 71 GMC I'm restoring also here in Tucson. I've called these 2 shops for interior work, but haven't done much more than that. They both seemed responsive. Let me know if you use one, maybe I'll come see your finished interior.

If you know of a good shop in Mexico, I'm willing to go on a trip.

Re: I need a reasonably priced paint and upholstery shop in Phoenix/Tucson
Hi, i live in Guaymas, Sonora. I have a bucket seat set out of a 1994 Cheyenne that i want to rebuild (upholstery?), the shop is asking for $250 inlcuding all material and labor but i do not like any of the fabrics they have in the catalog, is there any good store in Tucson or Phonex where i can buy leather or cloths?, Go to Nogales Sonora, labor cost is less but bring your own material.
