Turner Industries????

Hi everyone,

Does anyone now if Turner Industries is still in bussiness? Or does anyone now where, or does anyone have a pair of Turner's 2" dropped stock type control arms? Also will this mess up my steering gyometry for my Porterbuilt Dropmember? Hopefully Nathan can answer the steering question. Thanks!

Tony from Norcal.

Re: Turner Industries????

Not sure about Turner... for some reason I think he is still a board member and frequents the site. I could be wrong!

On the dropped arms... it will have an effect on the steering geometry.

What's the reasoning behind going with a drop control arm? A spindle would be the recommended way to go... A 2.5" spindle and a 2" drop control arm would let you lay a 33" tall tire... theoretically.

There isn't enough room for a tire that big, (I don't even know if you could 'make' room for a tire that size!) and steering would be compromised.

Re: Turner Industries????

I think Turner is done. If he was still open I would tell you not to buy from him. The guy is a flake. He screwed over a bunch of board members here. His product was inferior compared to Porterbuilts! If Porterbuilt was around a few years ago when I did mine I would have gone with his!!!!
