front suspension

This seems to be the best place to ask questions. I've seen another member list the Moog price and parts list (thankyou), but how are the other brands in comparison. I believe someone like Classic Industries is cheaper but not sure of the brand. Could you help. Spend the extra for moog or am I getting a good product (the off brand) at a lower price? thanks

Re: front suspension

Moog is generally considered to be top of the line.Actually engineered better than OEM.When you're talking about steering suspension or brakes, why would you cut corners?

Re: front suspension

classic industries does not manufacture parts, they are a reseller, and unless it's an oem part, who knows who makes it....

dont get me wrong, i occasionally order stuff from classic industries, but if the part is available at your local parts store, get it from there...
Even if the part is a couple bucks cheaper from Classic Industries, you end up paying around 20 bucks for shipping. There are a few times that i needed a couple small parts, and the shipping cost more than the total of the parts.
