Good Sheet Metal Screws (Pictures 56k warning)
I thought I would add this to anyone who is interested. I use these all the time for doing minor adjustments to fenders or fastening carpet down, the uses are endless. The also come in all different sizes. I pick them up from a company called G and S fasteners.

napa sells BA sheet metal screws too...you can get ones that look like that or the regular 1/4 head...
