Dually

Just wanted to ask what way do you think would be the best way to try and make a Dually.

1# Take Ramp Truck and drop a bed on it with step side fenders on it.

2# Take a Truck change the front and rear axles.

Or is there a better way to do it.

Re: Dually

find a 73-87 dually and swap in the diff and front crossmember into a 67-72 chassis and you have an instant dually

the guy that lives across the street from me has a 1967 GMC Dually for sale,it does not have a bed on it cuz it had a big ass camper on it. He told me that he had that truck and another 1967 truck that goes with the dually and some other stuff also, he said he wants $1500 for everything he got for it.

Re: Dually

The guy said it has a 350 w/400 tran runs good asking 750. I'm thinking take off the ramp and put a bed with flairs on it. I'm going to look at it in a few days.

Re: Dually

or use a 133" wheel base 1-ton and swap a longhorn bed on it.the rear axle is narrower so the wheel wells would need some work and the tire will not stick out to far
