fiberglassing a dash?

Anyone ever fiberglassed a dash and smoothed it out with body filler or something? any pictures would be appreciated. thinking of takin all vinyl off dash and maybe fiberglassing a smoothing it what a clean slick look.

I just had mine done and waiting to be painted. I had the speaker grilles smoothed out as well.

Did you do the glassing or did you pay a shop to do it?

If you did it your self could you give us a walkthough on the prep.

I think it would look much better and the prce of a new dash is outrageous.

had a buddy that fiberglasses speaker boxes do it for me. then my body guy is going to get it slick as glass and have it painted to match my paint job.
