1972 C-10 Eagle

Hi, I am new to the site. I have question I hope you all can help me with. I have a 1972 c-10 custom. With an eagle down both sides, an eagle by chevy on the tail gate and glove box. This is a plain truck other than the stickers. I bought this truck from the orignal owner, making me the second owner. He said it was on the truck brand new. I want to know something about the eagle package. If it was factory or dealer add-on. You can see where the side stickers would fit long or short bed trucks. I have never seen one before. Thank you for your help.

Re: 1972 C-10 Eagle

Those are factory decals. You see alot of the feathers design on blazers. Heres a thread that shows some including a sales brochure with the eagle decals.
O yeah welcome to the board.

That is a factory option that not many people have. With the "Eagle"
option you are "FLYING" high! Good to have you with us.

Holy Crap how cool would it be to have a '1776' Burb?!?

Wonder why they weren't available to NY or DC dealers? Hmmm. This is some interesting retro I had no idea ever existed.....
