Anyone have photo of 71 GMC Original Olive & White paint scheme??
I've got my first project truck and need to decide if I want to rebuild Original or go custom... If anyone has a pic for reference of the medium olive & white paint that would help a great deal... Thanks. Will share photo as soon as I can...

This is a beautiful Olive/White stepper owned I think by a member's family. It's my inspiration, I hope he doesn't mind me borrowing the pic. Oh, by the way,
Edit: It belongs to Shock_Me's brother.

I don't mind at all...it's flattering.
BTW, my brother, (who bought the truck from me), is also a member here, but he hasn't posted yet, and I don't know his forum name. 71PickupGal, good luck with you color choice. Pete |

Thanks to all of you for your pics and welcomes! Glad to be here
Now if only I had a clue of what to do first after I decide custom or old school! I was just researching the gas tank relocate: Anybody have advise, tips, photos of theirs?? I saw Stacey's Copperhead on Trucks! and that looks sweet but would love to keep the old fill line on mine... is that possible? |
