metal to wood
can the bed floor be changed from metal to wood/ what is needed to do this, other than the wood and strips.

You will need to have to change front panel an crossmembers at the minimum...

Basically to explain it simply, the only things that are the same. are the bedsides and wheel tubs. everything else would have to be changed.

Mar-K parts has a conversion kit that you can look at to get the idea

Here's the link to the Mar K site. They have everything you need brand new, but I found a wood bed for sale instead of going through the conversion. 8 bolts seemed easier to me than taking the whole bed apart.
