Need Steering Wheel Ideas

The PO installed this billet steering wheel in my 71 before I got it. And even though I do like the wheel it doesn't go with the ideas I have for the truck. More Old School and no Billet. So......I'm looking for ideas. I like the size of this wheel and don't want to put the big ol stock wheel in. Let's see some pics if ya have them! Thanks

Nice seat, looks like a Ricks cover. I just got my pics back from them finishing my cover, posted pics today of it. So how old school are you thinking of going. Like smaller stock look, 3 spoke metal flake. or something new but subtle?

Maybe one from a 60's or early 70's Impala, Chevelle, Camaro, Nova? Don't really know. Kinda just thought about this tonight

Re: Need Steering Wheel Ideas

Do all the old wheels fit our trucks..early-mid 60's Impala etc...they had some cool wheels in those days I'm just wondering do they fit, I know they're pricey $$$$ but I'd still like one for my Rat Rod GMC.

Re: Need Steering Wheel Ideas

Seems like there was a pic of a 66-67 malibu wheel floating around here somewhere. It looks alot like the 68 pickup wheel, but the center cap in flashier. Maybe someone else can produce the pic.

Re: Need Steering Wheel Ideas

Yea so far I really like the look of the Chevelle/Corvette steering wheels. Are they all 15" or does that vary also? Keep the pics/suggestions coming! Thanks

dingo, I agree. That's what I'd like to put on mine. Do they make one w/ black leather or something?
