My dream house

Anyone want to go half with me on this? The real question is ..... what are the odds I can talk my wife into moving up there....

If I went halves with you we would have to work things out with the GTO's. I have it in for the '64 to '67s. '65 being my favorite.

You pick a car and we will put you behind the wheel and make a shrine to you. Just so we get you $100.00 bucks.

Re: My dream house

I live a short drive from this place. It was featured in Hemmings a while back. Unfortunately, all of the vehicles the guy has have been sitting for YEARS in the tall grass and raspberry bushes, so you can pretty much assume the bodies are junk, and the only good parts on the cars are going to be maybe engines, trim, interior in some cases, and the parts shown in the house, and probably 5 school busses he has stashed around the property filled with various stuff. There are some cool cars as he eludes to in his ad, but there is also a lot of junk there that nobody would really want; i.e. 70's Laguna, late 70's Novas, Maverick, Grand Prix's.....stuff like that. The place is a toxic waste dump, and whoever buys the place is going to have to pay for cleanup; hence why its been for sale for YEARS without a buyer. The last time I walked through the property was back in 1998, I was looking for a shortbox fleetside bed for my '69 CST/10. He had a whole '71 from texas with on interior, no drivetrain except a rear end, I believe it was hit hard in the front, and he wanted $2,500 for the bed. I was greeted by one of his german shepherds which abruptly took hold of my pant leg until he called the dog off, so if you think you're going to sneak in and swipe some parts....think again.

Re: My dream house

Whats the big deal if my kids glow a little...or if the dog grows a 3rd ear. I would have the coolest back yard ever. Can't you just throw some speedy-dry down on those toxic spots??

Re: My dream house

id put alittle into the bid as long as i get some chevlle parts a 69 dodge charge (the genral lee) and a couple other pieces. so id have to throught in about 5000 to get the lttle bit i want and to be far about it.

lets start a junkyard heaven fund. we all know we want it but not enough cash. I have a farm with 100 acres is that enough space.
