support bearing bracket

does anybody know where i could find a new bracket that holds the suppport bearing for the driveshaft?? i wanna try and get a new one rather than a used one. it was pretty rusted and actually snapped in half. any help would be great. thanks

It bolts onto a crossmember on the frame. Go to your favorite "Auto Parts Are Us" website and search for "center support bearing" for your truck. It'll probably show a lot of results. Maybe you can figure out which one you have.

He needs the crossmember it bolts to.chevyjimm,you can probably find one thru the BB classifieds.You do have to be a subscriber to the board to do that.There are links at the top of the page.A lot of members are parting trucks out and should have one.
