Finally got pictures of the new ride after paint

It finally quit snowing and raining! I know its not my 74 stepper, but I am glad this is done before cruzin season! Now I can focus on the stepper! sorry, just wanted to share my joy!

they are painted, it was done on computer than laid out on truck, then airbrushed with red, yellow, and white tips, came out pretty good i think, I wanted to go tribals, but like flames more, so I mixed the two.

not yet, I have a new exhaust system from flowmaster, 50 series duals and thats about it so far, It's got the 4.3, so maybe a set of underdrive pulleys? who knows at this point, I do however want to trade the soft tonneau in for a hard cover and then change the wheels for now.

thats nice looing ive seen similar designs in different color schemes but that looks awesome and i love the flames on the hood Hey when im ready you wanna shoot my truck?

You can do a hell of a lot more to a 4.3 than underdrive pulleys. I had a 4.3 in my 91(pre vortech) put bigger tb, port and polish and shaved the heads, bored over 30, reprogrammed comp, bigger cam, headers, true duals, underdrive pulleys, and electric fan. Thing ran great. The cyclones and typhoons had turbos and ran with the vettes. Great looking truck, the 4.3 is also a great motor in the little trucks.
