Wink got the truck back from the paint shop today

Wooo hooo I got the truck back from the paint shop today it is so nice and straight the paint looks awsome I love it. It is a very bright yellow there are a few things that are not so perferct but it is not a trailer queen it is meant to drive and I am not even sure if other people would notice it maybe it is just because I have been working on it since January but it is finally home and in the garage and I just got in because I was sitting and staring at it for about half an hour. I am so excited now I have to put everything back together which should take about 2 weeks I will hopefully have pics in the next couple of days.

Congrats,

I know the feeling well. I put mine in the shop four years ago. Guy told me it would take about 2 weeks. Ended up taking about 4 months and I got to do alot of the work. Cost me an extra 12 pack of Bud Light every night, but I got a cab off resto that I know was done right.

Have my cab painted so far, so that I can put in the electrical, and everything mounted to the firewall so I don't have to climb the fenders and scratch them up. After I get done, I hafta take it back to the painter and he'll put the fenders, doors, hood and bed on, and then paint it. Yer right, once the color goes on, ya can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. Congrats and good luck. Hope to see it posted here soon.
