Project Low, stab and Whoa

Well Folks, I'm well on my way this week on my latest Truck Project. I'm installing Drop Spindles, Drop Coils, Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering on my 1963 C10. I also bought tubular Upper Control Arms from Air Ride. So far my work is progressing well. I'll attempt to post some photos. I'm having trouble trying to resize my photos to take less disc space to allow posting. Any advice is welcome.

Sharp looking engine bay!
Are you sizing pics in PhotoShop? If so, go under image menu - image size and type in a lower resolution. 72 dpi is sufficient for on-screen viewing.
You want the resample box checked, otherwise your pic will just change dimensions and stay the same file size.

I'm trying to load the photos using Picture Project. It's the software that came with our Nikon digital camera. I'm not sure what dpi is? I've just been manually reducing the size of the photo until it finally loads. It's a real pain. Where do I find the resample box??

Thanks,
Rick

Re: Project Low, stab and Whoa

If you have XP I highly recommend the image resizer "power toy" from Microsoft: Click Here (5th from the bottom on the right)

Once installed just transfer your pics from the camera like you normally do, then select one or more picture(s) from your folder, right-click and select resize pictures. If you select the "medium" size they will be the perfect size for attaching here.

Then please share more pics of that beauty!

Re: Project Low, stab and Whoa

Well folks, I completed my truck project yesterday. It drives like a dream. It rides firm and handles like a sports car. All together I spent 90 hours in my garage over the last week to complete the work. Here are a few more photos.
