Re: Swap Meet and Show Info

I provide a listing of Missouri car shows on my cardomain page. You can find the link in my sig below, and the list of cars shows is on the 4th page.

As for other websites, I usually go on Google, and type in Missouri Car Shows, and it will bring up at least 3 or 4 good links that I check on a regular basis.

Re: Swap Meet and Show Info

Around this area someone puts out a listing for the entire year - all makes and years - swap meets - show and shines - etc. They are available at auto part stores, auto specialty shops, any place that deals with the car crowd. Businesses overprint their LOGO's and locations for advertising.

We also have a (or had ) a monthly magazine called "DRIVE". It was free - paid by ad revenues - and listed NATIONWIDE by regions - events coming up in the next couple of months. The idea was to get you back to the store for the next issue with the next round of events. You got exposed to the store again and new ads. They had coverage of the big shows - AMBR, Riddler Award, etc.

BOB, you are talking about www.driveonline.com Baxter's, Napa, Les Shwab all give their printed versions away, but the web site is always more up to date and easy to find when the part's store is out !!!
