Converting to 4 on the floor from 3 on the tree

I'm trying to gather information on how to get rid of my 3 on the tree. The linkage is so worn out that the shifter constantly slips past the gears into limbo.

I have a fresh M21 to install instead of the three speed and would like to no where I might find the correct parts to convert the shifter to the floor. If any one has done this any advise would be helpful.

One thing to watch for is how the front cover on the 4 speed fits the bell housing. I believe the 4 speed front cover is smaller than the 3 speed so be careful when lining things up. If the Trans is not centered properly you'll wear things out in a hurry. Other than that it all works well
