Re: Summers Coming And The Car Shows
You will get alot of different opinions here but here is what works for me.
1. I wash with baby shampoo and do this in the shade if possible. Less spotting 2. I use Meguiars Cleaner Wax (maroon bottle). At cruises and shows I go over with Meguiars Spray Detailer (maroon bottle). I also have a California Duster and it works awesome (just don't wash it) the dirtier the better 3. I use Black Magic spray detailer for the tires. 4. I then do the windows and wheels/centercaps with Stoners Invisible Glass. I also use this on both bumpers as well. 5. I go over my tonneau cover every other wash with baby oil. Other time just damp towel. 6. I clean engine compartment chrome with more Invisible Glass. The rest with a damp towel (for me mostly light dust). 7. Interior I use just a damp towel on dash pad and dash. Last edited by DAJ 67; 04-14-2007 at 05:43 PM. |
