Re: This is wrong

No offense to our 73-87 brothers but it does look better than the 76 that they took the frame from! still wrong though...

Hey, just glancing at that drawing it kind of looks like an FJ cruiser. Toyota owes you design money.

Re: This is wrong

He says the tires are all terrains although they say "Mud Terrain".The brush guard definitely dont belong....I would have to stop, and lean down to shift gears as low to the floor the shifter is...

Re: This is wrong

I'm the station wagon guy and I'm sorry but, no....please no. However, I will admit that I've been thinking about putting one of my 65 Chevelle wagons on an extended cab S-10 4x4 frame and try to keep it close to stock (car) height. Call it an S.U.W.

That used to be done quite a bit in the past and that conversion still brings money if done right. I'm just glad to see that was a wagon on the 4wd frame and not a Nomad.

Re: This is wrong

All depends on how its done and what is used. If it's a good 2 door body .........never. A four door that probably would never amount to anything heck yes. Looks like it could be fun.

I saw one here for several years that had a beautiful body on it and the guy showed it. It was very nice the way it was done but i would have never used a nice 55 Chevy body for a body on a 4x4. That's not right.

Re: This is wrong

I saw a video on You tube of a Limosine 4x4, not an H2 limo... A caddy limo on a truck frame! it was pulling others out of mud holes...
