paint code ?
I have a '54 Chevrolet 5 window pick up that I'd like to paint a dark GM green. I found the color I want on a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban. I believe the color is called Dark Forest Green. Anyone here happen to have one like this or know what the paint code is? :

Re: paint code ?
Daniel, check the glove box sticker on that 02 'sub and start looking for any 3-digit codes that end in 'U' or 'L' . (that stands for Upper & Lower.) If you can find two codes that match, that are numbers in the first two spots (like 29L & 29U ) that will be your code. Take that to any store that sells automotive paint and they should be able to mix it for you.

Re: paint code ?
On that same sticker, look for the WA number. It will be the bottom line on there, and will be followed by BC/CC (Basecoat/clearcoat). That is the number the paint will be mixed from, the top color will be first.
