front driveshaft angles?
Is anyone running a dana 60 front with a 6" lift & a 4speed/205 combo in a 68-72 K20., I'm getting ready to bolt my front 60 in and wondering if I'm going to encounter any problems with front driveshaft binding, I'm running a tuff country 6" spring lift that actually lifted my truck 3" over the old 4" lift I had in it. A friend has the same combo as me in a 78 K20 and his stock front shaft bound up because of excessive shaft angles, and he had to run a high angle front shaft, will i have the same problems? Thanks for the help.

Re: front driveshaft angles?
Not really apples to apples but I have a high pinion Dana 60 with a 6" lift.
Drivers side drop to the 203. Angle on mine is pretty good IMO. |
