my 71 chevy
well i finally figured out how to put a picture on a thread.. here is my 71 chevy.. slambags front and rear. custom 2-link from suicide doors. Ifcustom rear notch. suicidedoors front bag cups. lays front crossmember. i will be redoing my rear with a bigger notch and new frame from there on the rear. air zenith compressor with a 6 gallon tank. 20 inch wheels. i would also like to do a sectioned crossmember in the future. hope you like

something doesn't look factory with the back window... is that a 73-87 back window? or did you do something with the rear roof seam. i just can't seem to put my finger on it. either that i'm goin' nutz. |

its the factory window and the roof seem is the same.. i think its the color and how the light is hitting it.plus the angle.. i forgot to mention i do have 2 1/2 drop spindles as well.. i had modifyed lower arms but i deciced to drag them off so now its stock arms with cut spring cups.. strong arms in the next few months.. i will try and get some more pictures up soon

bottom is probably about 1 inch and top is....im guessing 3. upper is welded in and lower is free floating

ok I dont have an upper cup the bag is just bolted to a plate but i think im going to cut my lower cups to one inch now i guess thats a safe enough amount

Thing looks incredible. What all did you do for the bed floor, I really like it, is it just unstained wood or am I completely missing something?

its a raised bed floor using 6" metel framing studs as the platform. the wood is ash that i got from an old boss that had a big tree and he cut it into planks for me. its staind/treated but i have to redo it

im not sure how big it is. i will measure it later .. they told me it would lay frame on 20s.. well that ment lay the crossmember that hangs below the frame.
