Any experience with belltech suspension?

Anyone use belltech stuff for lowering? I live in Canada and notice belltech has spindles and stuff for 73 and up (it's a hassle trying to bring stuff over the border). I know it fits on 67-72 (i have a blazer). Anyone have any experience?

Belltech spindles/springs on my '70. Nice stuff. They have a good reputation too. You will need 73-87 balljoints and outer tie rod ends. Get the HD (1 1/4") version and your brake rotors will work.

I have used belltech stuff to lower a 1990 GMC 1/2 ton and also have belltech 3" spindles for my 71 GMC ....not installed yet.
Mopac I found was the cheapest place to buy belltech stuff.

Question...I bought 3" Belltech spindles that were specifically for 71-72 trucks...Am I still going to have to replace tie rods, etc.??

no, the guys that are replacing tie rods and ball joints are opting for the 73-87 drop spindles.

Re: Any experience with belltech suspension?

There's way over 50 trucks running around here in N Texas that I lowered with Belltech stuff. There is no finer brand. We used to install BellTech stuff at the dealership where I worked and stood behind the warranty 100 percent.

They were making a great 4/6 drop for 88 to 98 1/2 ton trucks before many other companies were even started in business.
