VIDEO of Electric Exhaust cut-outs......

Here is a video of the DMH 3" electric exhaust cut-outs I installed. I hid the switch in the ac vent so you can hardly see it. I will get a pic of that tomorrow. Here is the video. They are a blast to play with out driving around

Re: VIDEO of Electric Exhaust cut-outs......

Wow! That sounds mean.
Id thought about putting some of those on my truck. Can imagine sitting at a stoplight and flipping that switch with a civic next to you...

Speak'n of M-D's

My dad drives a diesel, so we turn it off at the menu to order
Well one night when we were done ordering we fired it up before the dude taking the order turned off his headset & he was like "Good Lord, whatcoo drive'n" (black guy) It was hilarious

So now every time we fire it up we think of that

Re: VIDEO of Electric Exhaust cut-outs......

Thanks guys. The wife was not as excited as I was after I put them on. I am like a kid at christmas with the new toy. I open them up whenever I can. It was the best $400 I have ever spent.

I have not heard any leaks yet. But they seem so quiet after you close them it is hard to tell anything.

Hmm. Summit has some for 300 bucks. I still have no exhaust in so this is very tempting.

Re: VIDEO of Electric Exhaust cut-outs......

Saw those on the grandma sleeper Nova (or whatever they are calling it) they're making on a muscle car TV show. That is one very cool trick. Now, throw on a flamethrower kit with those and I'd pay to watch you at a stop light next to a civic.

Re: VIDEO of Electric Exhaust cut-outs......

These are sounding better and better. I could go with a little bit quieter exhaust with less resonance for better driving interior sound, but still be able to sound mean when necessary.

I have some flowpro mufflers. I have 3" pipe going to the muffler and 2 1/2" coming out to help quiet it down a little. It is longer mufflers to help as well.
