Blazer Tidbit: Manual Throttle

Did you know the only way a Blazer could have the hand throttle was w/o radio?

I guess it was task overload to deal with so many knobs back then.

My '72 blazer has both am/fm and hand throttle. Here's the SPID. It's not the easiest to read, but they are both on the left side.

I don't think GM's "rules" were very strict back then. I think they did whatever they felt like doing that day.

Yeah,I knew I`d find acceptions here,if anywhere.I`m just going by what the ordering book says.So,if you have these two and it`s bonafide original,you now know it`s unusual.A tidbit for conversation.
